After five years of legal drama straight out of a corporate thriller, a Texas federal judge has scheduled what appears to be the last chapter in 'United States v. The Boeing Company.' Despite tragic accusations of a 'conspiracy to defraud' linked to the deadly 737 MAX software issues, the case ended as a 'victory for Boeing.' No accounting for 'a decade of safety violations' hereājust a permanent setback for anyone hoping CEOs might lose sleep over hundreds of deaths. Truly, a tale of luxury jets outpacing justice.
