Junior tech jobs got the pink slip, replaced by demand for AI wizards and folks with at least 5 years of battle scars. Meanwhile, SAPâaka the beige of enterprise softwareâhas shares tripled, proving boring tech is the slow-cooked steak of Wall Street.
