More than 80,000 residents were "relocated," which sounds like a polite way of saying, 'Find higher ground, buddy.' It’s like Beijing wanted to prove that they could turn a city into a waterpark - disaster edition. So let me get this straight: we have catastrophic flooding, thousands displaced, and no umbrella app in sight?
