Lorenzo Antinori, who quit law school to ditch bananas and strip joints for shakers, now runs Bar Leone, crowned the world's 2nd-best bar in Hong Kong. Despite serving up drinks glorified with garlic bread vibes, Lorenzo himself quips, 'I donāt really drink. I only drink if thereās a special occasion.' Clocking 7 days a week from 7AM emails to 10PM bar shifts, his life is 'a very, very boring life.' Still, he āregrets nothingā as he pours 'cocktail populari' for crowds bigger than a Zoom town hall.
