Google is going full Big Brother with AI that "will start detecting whether Google users based in the US are under 18" by spying on your searches and YouTube tastes. If you "believe that a user is under 18," brace for enforced bedtime reminders, disabled Timeline in Maps, and blocked access to "apps for adults on the Play Store." And if Google's creepy age guess is wrong? You get to "submit a photo of their government ID or a selfie" for verification. Because nothing says privacy like a digital middle school hall monitor on steroids.
