Elon Musk, famously unhappy with Delaware's Court of Chancery after they said 'no' to his multi-billion-dollar pay package, is now telling companies to 'get the hell out of Delaware.' Joining Musk in fleeing the corporate capital of the world are Andreessen Horowitz, Dropbox, Roblox, and even Trump Media. The new suitors? Nevada, Texas, Florida, with Nevada especially rolling out the red carpet and no state income tax, wooing companies with promises of lighter regulations and an ‘innovation district’ in Las Vegas. Clark County commissioner Michael Naft bluntly admits they want more than paper signings—they want corporations and assets parked in Sin City.
