Energy Minister Calls Elon Musk 'Dangerous', Govt Considers X Exit
On September 28, 2025, UK Energy Minister Ed Miliband dropped a bomb hotter than a Tesla battery on government social media policy by calling platform owner Elon Musk a 'dangerous man'. Daring to name-drop, Miliband accused Musk of being part of a 'global network of the far right' including none other than Nigel Farageâapparently networking harder than LinkedIn pros. In a move less predictable than a SpaceX launch, Miliband suggested that maybe the UK government should just ghost X (formerly Twitter) altogether. Because who needs a billion-dollar social media platform run by a multibillionaire rocket man if it comes with political drama hotter than a flamethrower sale?
