Apple’s Liquid Glass: Dialing Up Confusion Since WWDC

Apple has spent two whole months tweaking its Liquid Glass design language introduced at WWDC. They've 'dialed the effect back, then amped it back up,' proving indecision is the new innovation! They've tackled some gripes, especially with the Control Center, but left others for us to wrestle with in public betas for iOS 26 and iPadOS 26. As Antonio G. Di Benedetto says, the Mac's upgraded Spotlight and new Phone features add layers of intrigue to this already frosted Apple surprise. Are we upgrading or just updating our patience?
