A New York director has apparently been the secret wizard behind music videos for an A-list lineup including Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Franz Ferdinand, and Jennifer Lopez — basically the Avengers of pop and indie. This master of visuals has somehow juggled the sashaying queen B and the eternally rebellious Miley without turning anyone into a meme disaster. Considering the eclectic mix, it’s either visionary genius or someone with an insane ability to handle diva drama. If music videos were Olympic sports, this director just took gold in multitasking across genres and personalities nobody asked for but everyone secretly enjoyed.
