Lawmakers to AI: 'No Price Gouging, You Greedy Robot!'

In a plot twist only dystopian comedies saw coming, lawmakers want to stop companies from using AI to jack up prices or slash wages. Because, as they put it, the goal is to "prevent companies from using AI to increase prices or lower wages." Oh, I'm sorry, did I miss the part where we needed robots to teach capitalism that 'fair' means not like The Wolf of Wall Street meets The Terminator? Employers already using AI as their 'evil business intern' now have Congress saying, 'Cool it, Skynet, no need to exploit humans... yet.'
