In a shocking turn of events, the women’s dating safety app Tea suffered a data breach exposing users' personal info, including 'images and DMs from last week.' Independent researcher Kasra Rahjerdi uncovered that hackers might see chats about cheating and abortion experiences. Despite Tea reassuring users that 'there is no evidence to suggest that current or additional user data was affected,' 404 Media reports this is actually the second leak, turning Tea into the unintended confessional booth of modern romance disasters.
