Indiana GOPâs Redistricting Summit: Power Moves, No Maps Yet
On an oh-so-historic date not actually specified but presumably any day ending in 'day,' Indiana Republicans trekked to the White House for a redistricting powwow. Spoiler: no magic map drawings happened on site, but plenty of serious talk was servedâprobably as dry as the Indiana cornfields. The unnamed GOP reps aimed to strategize the fine art of drawing electoral lines sharper than a corn husk in July. No dollar amounts, no surprise bathroom break scandalsâjust good old political geometry. The eventâs vibe: 'Weâre here to talk big picture while small picture snacks remain a mystery.' Who said democracy canât be an Indiana Jones adventure in political cartography?
