Comcast’s StreamStore: Herding Cats, Now in App Form!
Streaming wars just leveled up as Comcast is launching the StreamStore, "a new hub where you can buy and manage subscriptions for more than 450 streaming apps and channels." Because what the world really needed was Comcast acting as the 'streaming broker' glued to your TV, tacking new subscriptions onto your bill like an overenthusiastic gift wrapper. With "more than 200,000 movies and TV shows to rent or purchase," chaos meets convenience in one neat (and profitable) package. At least now we can feel overwhelmed in even fewer places!
