Columbia University just struck a deal to pay a whopping $200 million to the Trump administration over three years "to settle discrimination allegations," after having $400 million in federal research funding frozen! The university faced accusations tied to campus antisemitism during pro-Palestinian protests in 2024. According to the article, the deal also includes "provisions about diversity, equity, and inclusion programs," which sounds like some pricey affirmative action!
