Beijing’s tired of retail gladiator fights that have already tanked their mattress-economy at home, where everybody’s lived off 1 yuan bubble tea deals and exorcised those 30-minute food deliveries. With US-China trade vibes already shakier than your grandma’s wifi, Wang begged the Chinese business squad to 'respond proactively,' avoid becoming the Walmart of global protests, and keep the coffee discounts legal and chill.
