Trump Tried Buying Canal Like Shoes on Amazon Prime

In a move worthy of a reality TV plot twist, the Trump administration decided to "pressure China" into selling port operations at both ends of the canal to some U.S. investors. Because why buy a product when you can just apply heavy political side-eye? The Hong Kong-based operator was just minding its own business until, suddenly, it got an unsolicited business proposition in the form of international political muscle-flexing.
