On September 24, 2025, Bluesky—the valiant yet evidently glitch-besieged Twitter alternative that cheerfully refuses to display posts newer than two hours—held its fans hostage in a chronological limbo. Following 728 highly 'extremely online' accounts, our hero apprentice Dom Preston discovered his own article about Qualcomm’s CEO and Google's Android PC merger 'posted' like a ghost, visible on his profile but vanished like a mirage when clicked. Despite no official outage reported on Bluesky’s status page, Down Detector lit up the bluesakians like a disco inferno, proving once again that social media chronology can be more unreliable than my Aunt Karen at a pronoun workshop.
