Big Tech Tosses Billion-Dollar AI Party, Invites Entire Planet

In a shocking turn of events, Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, and Microsoft are so obsessed with AI they've turned quarterly earnings calls into a high-stakes game of 'Who Wants To Spend $100 Billion Now?' Amazon CEO Andy Jassy nonchalantly stated they have 'more demand than we have supply,' while Microsoft CFO Amy Hood confirmed they're riding a 'strong demand signal' that pushes capex higher. Even Apple, called the thriftiest sibling, broke its own piggy bank announcing a 50% increase in AI investments. Bernstein analyst Mark Shmulik dubbed it the 'AI crazy train'—and apparently, nobody wants a ticket to the slowdown stop.
