At the Clairton U.S. Steel plant, two workers lost their lives after explosions rocked the huge coke factory — sending black smoke and grief into the air. Amid the tragedy, EMS Chief Matthew Brown grimly confirmed 'the death toll had risen to two.' Meanwhile, Mayor Lattanzi lamented, 'It's a tragedy that workers won't be going home to their family tonight.'
