Shi reportedly attended 'dozens' of meetings to absorb intel and even downloaded 63 documents from a protected folder onto a USB drive. Messages on his Apple-issued iPhone revealed he aimed to 'collect as much information as possible' for Oppo, which apparently encouraged the operation.
