Trump’s Deportation Roulette: Tattoos, Tears, and Tangled Lies

In one of the more spectacular displays of bureaucratic daredevilry, the Trump administration sent over 230 Venezuelan migrants straight to El Salvador's maximum-security CECOT prison, dubbing them 'sick animals' without proof. The New York Times of deportations left families like Juan JosĂ© Ramos Ramos’ hanging in agony as he endured 'physical torture' while labeled gang monsters for sporting classic ink tats — tattoos the experts say don’t actually prove gang ties.
