Australia’s PM Explains How To Ignore Palestine, Expertly

Anthony Albanese reminded us all that Australia is committed to a "two-state solution" but is currently perfecting the art of cautious foot-dragging, stating there are "no plans to imminently recognise a Palestinian state." Meanwhile, he threw shade at Israel for "a breach of international law" by blocking aid to Gaza, warning Prime Minister Netanyahu is "losing support" internationally. Turns out feeding innocent people is a big deal—who knew? Albanese hit peak diplomacy with "you can’t hold innocent people responsible for the actions of Hamas," which might just be the world's official way of saying 'maybe chill a little.'
