Abbi Perets, a 49-year-old Israeli mom of five, faced a double whammy: her 10-year-old was diagnosed with leukemia, and then—plot twist—her beloved Nespresso decided to ghost her. As she mourned her caffeine fix, a service center angel swooped in refusing to let a warranty stop her. The young woman said, 'She didn’t have to get it cleaned for me, and she didn’t have to insist I didn’t pay.' Spoiler alert: this act of kindness is now more beloved than caffeine itself in Abbi’s heart.
