This lawsuit targets the very essence of packed lunches – plastic bags and slices of bread. While neither company pleaded guilty to ruining our snacks, the timing couldn't be better for lawyers specializing in crumbs. Who knew that America's biggest manufacturers of bagged bread and snack food could one day be the villains behind the lunch table drama? If lawsuits went stale like bread, we'd all be suing stale bread by now.
