Shooter Caught Faster Than My Wi-Fi Connects

In an impressively prompt response, the Army reports that law enforcement arrived at the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team area at 10:56 a.m. local time, and the 'shooter was apprehended at 11:35 a.m.' That means it took less time than your average sitcom episode to handle a very serious situation. For once, the phrase 'quick response' feels like it wasn't just military jargon tossed in to make us feel better, because hey, not all emergency call-outs drag on forever—some actually get done. Just don’t ask me to remember what happened during those 39 minutes.
